How to install or replace green laser optics lens in laser cutting machine
Note before installing green laser optics lens:
1. Clean your hands with soap or detergent, and wear light and clean white gloves; it is strictly forbidden to touch the green laser optics lens with any part of your hands; when taking the lens, take it from the side of the lens, do not directly touch the green laser optics lens on the coated surface;
2. When assembling the green laser optics lens, do not blow air at the lens with your mouth; the lens should be placed on a clean table with a few sheets of professional lens paper underneath. When taking out the lens, be careful to prevent bumps and falls, and do not apply any force on the coated surface of the lens; the lens holder on which the lens is installed should be clean, and use a clean air gun to clean the dust and dirt in the lens holder. Then gently put the lens into the lens holder;
3. When installing the green laser optics lens to the lens holder, do not use too much force to fix the lens, so as not to deform the lens, which will affect the quality of the beam. Precautions when replacing optical lenses: Be very careful when taking out the lens from the box to avoid bumping the lens; do not put any pressure on the lens until the wrapping paper is opened; when taking out the mirror and focusing mirror from the box , should wear clean gloves and take it from the side of the lens; when removing the wrapping paper on the lens, avoid dust and other objects falling on the lens, after removing the lens, use a spray gun to remove the dust on the mirror surface, and then put the lens on On the special paper for optical lenses; remove the dust and dirt on the lens support frame and the fixing frame, and avoid other foreign objects falling on the lens during assembly;
4. When installing the green laser optics lens on the lens holder, do not use excessive force to prevent the lens from being deformed; after the lens is assembled, use a clean air gun to remove the dust and foreign objects on the lens again.
